Shift Concussion Management Membership Terms and Agreement
By signing up for membership with Shift Concussion Management Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Membership Commitment
- All memberships require a 1-year commitment from the date of signup.

Members may cancel their membership within 14 days of signing up by sending an email to
membership@shiftconcussion.ca.

After 14 days, members are obligated to pay the full annual amount, regardless of usage or participation.
2. Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your membership within the first 14 days, no further charges will apply.

If you cancel after 14 days, your membership will remain active until the end of your current term. No additional charges will occur after your 1-year commitment is fulfilled.
3. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits—including access to tools, resources, and community features—are exclusive to active members and may be adjusted or updated at the discretion of Shift Concussion Management Inc.
4. Limitation of Liability
Shift Concussion Management Inc. provides educational tools, resources, and community access to assist concussion management professionals. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that Shift Concussion Management Inc. is not liable for the outcomes of your practice or the application of any tools or resources provided.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shift Concussion Management Inc. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of membership resources.
